Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Demnaro you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What Demnaro does

Demnaro is a decision-support tool that uses AI to estimate the resale potential of second-hand products. It provides estimates and suggestions, not guarantees of outcome.

3. No investment or professional advice

All prices, profit estimates, flip scores, and recommendations are informational. You are solely responsible for your buying and selling decisions. Demnaro is not liable for any financial loss resulting from acting on its output.

4. Your account

  • You must be at least 16 years old.
  • You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
  • You may delete your account at any time in Settings.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Upload illegal, infringing, harassing, or misleading content, or images of other people without consent.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overwhelm the service.
  • Use Demnaro to violate any marketplace's terms of service or applicable law.
  • Resell or redistribute Demnaro output as your own product.

6. AI usage limits

To keep the service reliable and affordable we apply per-user daily quotas on AI analyses, URL extraction, screenshot analysis, and other AI-powered actions. Exceeding a quota returns an error until the quota resets.

7. Your content

You retain ownership of the listings, photos, and notes you submit. You grant us a limited license to process them for the sole purpose of delivering the analysis to you.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time from Settings → Account & data.

9. Disclaimers

Demnaro is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI estimates will be accurate.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Demnaro's total liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or €0 if you use the free tier).

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and Sweden, excluding conflict-of-laws rules.
